Swalcliffe Community Hall – Renovation Works Complete!

We are happy to announce that the newly refurbished hall is open for business!!

We are pleased to announce that Swalcliffe Village Hall has been extensively modernised over the summer, involving new insulation, heating and decoration, together with new toilet facilities

The Hall is now available again for bookings through the village website or directly to Tracy Lean; tracylean@gmail.com 01295 780710.
Our rates are; £15.00 per hour or part thereof, (£12 for villagers) which includes all services and amenities.

The Hall is available for hire all year round. It can accommodate up to 80 people seated and up to 100 people for gatherings or parties. It has a projector, DVD and sound system. The kitchen has been partially modernised, as we await more funds to complete the renovation. We also have local contacts to provide in-house catering if required.

We still have much to do to continue to develop and maintain our hall so your support in using it, supporting our fund-raising activities and any donations are much appreciated.

We are very keen to attract local teachers of various classes, so if you know someone who would like to run a class locally please pass on our details. Or if you would like to see a class in a particular subject held in the hall, then please contact us.
AND FINALLY…..we are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to join the village hall committee to take the hall forward through this exciting time!

All ideas or contributions welcome – Steve Gandy, Parish Councillor; steve.gandy@swalcliffevillage.co.uk
